At the initial review of a product drawing, our engineers can quickly evaluate the optimal mold structure for dispensing caps, flip top closures, and valve-integrated caps. We provide practical tooling proposals that balance shortest lead time, lowest cost, stable production capacity, and dimensional accuracy—without compromising sealing performance or functionality. 


Whether it is a standard squeeze bottle cap, a flip top cap with silicone valve, or a highly customized dispensing closure, every design is carefully assessed to optimize tooling strategy, manufacturing efficiency, and long-term production reliability.

Our in-house tooling facility is equipped with high-precision imported equipment, including Makino CNC machining centers, 5-axis machining, and Sodick EDM systems. All critical mold components are sourced from premium suppliers such as MISUMI and HASCO, ensuring excellent tooling accuracy and repeatability. Whether it is a standard squeeze bottle cap, a flip top cap with silicone valve, or a highly customized dispensing closure, every design is carefully assessed to optimize tooling strategy, manufacturing efficiency, and long-term production reliability.


For projects involving plastic bottle caps, squeeze caps, and silicone valve caps, we strictly control cavity precision, gate design, and valve assembly tolerances to guarantee consistent sealing performance and smooth dispensing. We understand that speed is critical in packaging development. For prototype tooling, we can deliver within 5-7 working days. For production molds used in plastic injection molding or silicone valve molding, our typical lead time is within 45 days, helping customers launch new cap and closure programs on schedule.

All production staff undergo systematic training before operating on the shop floor, significantly reducing defect rates in high-volume manufacturing of plastic caps and dispensing closures. Our ERP system enables precise control of raw materials, inventory, and production scheduling—ensuring stable supply while minimizing waste.


Through our Manufacturing Execution System (MES), every step of molding, valve assembly, and cap production is fully traceable. Customers can monitor production status in real time, allowing us to adjust workflows and meet demanding mass production timelines.


We operate multiple specialized workshops, including Class 100,000 medical cleanrooms and optical cleanrooms, enabling us to manufacture both high-end and standard-grade custom plastic bottle caps, squeeze bottle caps, and silicone valve caps according to different industry requirements.
