Mold Manufacturing

Hopewell operates an in-house tooling facility equipped with high-precision manufacturing equipment, including Makino CNC machining centers, 5-axis machining systems, and Sodick EDM machines. For customized plastic bottle caps and valve bottle cap projects, our tooling engineers carefully control every critical factor, including cavity precision, gate design, mold structure, and component assembly tolerance. This ensures excellent mold durability, consistent production performance, and reliable product quality.

Our mold manufacturing capability supports various closure applications, including dispensing caps, snap top bottle caps, flip top closures, and silicone valve bottle caps. By controlling tooling design and mold production internally, Hopewell can shorten development cycles, improve communication efficiency, and provide customers with faster project execution.

For prototype tooling, we can provide rapid development within 5–7 working days. For production molds used in plastic injection molding or silicone molding, the typical lead time is 45- 60 working days, helping customers launch new packaging projects efficiently.
