DESCRIPTION
Specification
The 24/410 screw bottle cap is a compact dispensing closure designed for small-neck squeeze bottles. With a 24/410 neck finish, 27mm outer diameter and integrated 9.8mm cross-slit silicone valve, it provides a practical solution for controlled liquid dispensing while maintaining a clean and leak-resistant package.
This small-diameter plastic screw cap with silicone valve is particularly suitable for cosmetic, personal care and household cleaning packaging where space, sealing performance and dispensing convenience are important. The silicone valve opens when the bottle is squeezed and closes automatically when pressure is released.
Manufactured from PP plastic and liquid silicone, the closure offers a lightweight structure, reliable sealing and good compatibility with a variety of liquid formulations. Custom cap colors are available to match different brands and packaging designs.

Product Information
A 24/410 screw bottle cap is a threaded plastic closure designed to fit bottles with a standard 24/410 neck finish. Unlike a conventional screw cap, this version incorporates a 9.8mm silicone cross-slit valve into the dispensing opening.
The threaded PP cap provides secure attachment to the bottle, while the silicone valve creates a flexible self-sealing dispensing interface. When the bottle is squeezed, internal pressure opens the silicone slit and allows the liquid to flow. Once the squeezing force is released, the slit closes automatically to reduce dripping and leakage.

The compact neck size is suitable for packaging applications where a smaller closure is preferred.
The approximately 27mm diameter creates a compact and lightweight closure suitable for space-efficient packaging.
The cross-slit silicone valve provides controlled dispensing and automatic resealing after use.
The silicone valve helps prevent unwanted leakage, dripping and product backflow when the bottle is stored or transported correctly.
The valve design supports upside-down or inverted bottle dispensing, making it convenient for products that need to be dispensed from the bottom of the container.
The self-closing silicone slit minimizes unnecessary exposure between the packaged liquid and surrounding air, helping maintain product quality.
The closure can be manufactured using PP and liquid silicone materials suitable for applicable food-contact or consumer-product requirements.
Cap colors can be customized according to brand requirements. Other design parameters, including valve specifications and dispensing performance, can be developed for specific applications.

How to Use
The 24/410 screw bottle cap with silicone valve is designed for simple squeeze dispensing:
1. Screw the cap securely onto a compatible 24/410 bottle neck.
2. Open the flip-top dispensing cover, if applicable.
3. Hold or invert the bottle according to the intended dispensing position.
4. Gently squeeze the bottle to increase internal pressure.
5. The silicone cross slit opens and allows the liquid to pass through.
6. Release the bottle after dispensing.
7. The silicone valve automatically returns to its closed position.
8. Close the outer cover after use to provide additional protection from dust and contamination.
The actual opening pressure and dispensing volume depend on the silicone hardness, slit dimensions, valve geometry, liquid viscosity and bottle flexibility. Testing with the customer's actual formulation and bottle is recommended before mass production.

Manufacturing Process
The 24/410 screw bottle cap is produced through a controlled plastic and silicone manufacturing process:
Plastic Injection Molding - Further Processing - Inspection - Silicone Valve Assembly - Inspection - Function Test - Dust Free Packing - Shipping
During production, the silicone valve is checked for correct installation and functional performance. Automated inspection equipment is used to verify product appearance and dimensional consistency.
For assembled closures, special attention is given to valve positioning, missing components, sealing performance and dispensing functionality.
