Cleanser silicone dispensing valves also known as silicone cleaning valves, made of eco-friendly food grade silicone raw material, processed by compression molding, can be used for dish brushes, soap dispensing palm brushes, kitchen scrub brush, reusable soap control dishwand and so on.
1. Cross slit silicone dispensing valve is a type of silicone valve specifically designed for flow control the liquids dispensing and leak proof.
2. Spherical silicone dispensing valves work by using a pneumatic or electric actuator to open and close the silicone valve, allowing precise flow control over the flow of liquids.
3. When the dish brush silicone dispensing valves open, liquids are allowed to flow control through the dispensing nozzle; Also, when silicone dispensing valves closed, the liquids stop flowing, then will have a good sealing and leak-proof function.

Please provide 2D and 3D drawings (STP format) or actual samples, then our engineering team will provide DFM for your confirmation.

What is the lead time for custom silicone valves?
For prototype molds, the lead time for silicone valves is about 7-15 working days; for production molds, the lead time is about 15-45 working days.

Can I use your silicone valves mold?
We only have four cross slit silicone valves mold can be used, other molds are customized by other customers.

Yes, we can provide MSDS, FDA, LFGB test reports for confirmation.

We have 4 sizes plastic valve seats in public mold, the outer diameters are 11.85mm, 12.3mm, 14.6mm and 18.6mm. Free samples are available, please contact us for more information.
