Medical silicone check valve is also called silicone one way valve or non-return silicone valve, made of medical grade liquid silicone material, processed by LSR injection molding, and can be used for ELISA kits. Medical silicone check valves have high temperature resistance, non-toxic and odorless features, which can ensure the safety and hygiene. At same time, medical silicone valves also have good sealing performance and fluid control capabilities, which can effectively control flow and pressure and improve the accuracy and safety of medical operations.
1. Medical silicone check valves are made of ISO9003 certified transparent high quality medical grade liquid silicone, with good pulling force, elasticity and bio-compatibility testing report.
2. Medical silicone check valves are processed by LSR injection molding in ISO13485 approved class 100,000 clean production workshop, 100% inspected by automated optical inspection instrument.
3. Medical silicone check valves have passed inverted leak proof test for 7 days* 24 hours, and there is no leakage.
4. The tolerance of the curved wall thickness of silicone check valve is controlled within 0.03mm.
5. One squeeze, one dispensing, no leakage, no extra splits.
6. The slit cut of medical silicone valves is non-stick and zero clearance, which ensures the leak proof performance.

Currently we only accept OEM orders.

What information do I need to provide for custom silicone valves?
Please provide 2D and 3D drawings (STP format) or actual samples, then our engineering team will provide DFM for your confirmation.

What is the lead time for custom silicone valves?
For prototype molds, the lead time for silicone valves is about 7-15 working days; for production molds, the lead time is about 15-45 working days.

Can I use your silicone valves mold?
We only have four cross slit silicone valves mold can be used, other molds are customized by other customers.

Can you provide proof of raw materials?
Yes, we can provide MSDS, FDA, LFGB test reports for confirmation.

Can you provide plastic valve seat samples?
We have 4 sizes plastic valve seats in public mold, the outer diameters are 11.85mm, 12.3mm, 14.6mm and 18.6mm. Free samples are available, please contact us for more information.
