Silicone gaskets are wear resistant, with good anti-aging performance, and can maintain its elasticity and sealing performance for a long time, so have a longer severice time.
6. Temperature Resistance
Silicone gaskets can still maintain their elasticity and sealing properties in low and high temperature environments, and their temperature resistance is excellent in the range of -60°C to +200°C.

Currently we only accept OEM orders.

What information do I need to provide for custom silicone valves?
Please provide 2D and 3D drawings (STP format) or actual samples, then our engineering team will provide DFM for your confirmation.

What is the lead time for custom silicone valves?
For prototype molds, the lead time for silicone valves is about 7-15 working days; for production molds, the lead time is about 15-45 working days.

Can you provide plastic valve seat samples?
We have 4 sizes plastic valve seats in public mold, the outer diameters are 11.85mm, 12.3mm, 14.6mm and 18.6mm. Free samples are available, please contact us for more information.
